For its fourth edition, our annual walk J’avance en marchant will be renamed the Relief Walk!
On October 2 and 3, 2021, you are invited to walk for mental health – whether you walk 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 km is of no importance. Every step, even tiny ones, counts when it comes to our collective well-being.
While we don’t always get to choose our path of mental health, this time we do! Wherever you may be, you can choose your path, whether it is for a walk in the city, in the forest, in the mountains, or by the water. Because walking for mental health already puts you on the right path.
In addition to raising a minimum of $100, you will receive a podcast testimonial along with a Relief kit suggesting steps that you can take to take care of your mental health.
